Impulse Pittsburgh Presents: Ugly Holiday Sweater Party

We had such a blast at the last Impulse, almost everybody came in costume and had a great time! We had hundreds of women taking over the dance floor and mingling while making new friends. This month we're throwing a ugly sweater dance party, just in time for the holidays! About the Event Location: Whim Nightclub Address: 1 E Station Square Dr, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 Date: Saturday, December 7 Time: 9PM - 2AM Cost to get in the door: $5 Parking: There is a parking lot right outside the nightclub Age: 21+ only due to Bar Rules and Regulations Please note we will be in the BACK room this time -- this is the OPPOSITE room we were in last time we were at Whim. The door entrances faces Carson St. and not the parking lot, so once you park, you need to walk around. Theme Though optional, everyone is encouraged to come wearing their ugliest holiday sweaters. Although wear a tank top underneath in case it gets hot while dancing. About the Venue We are pleased to be returning to Whim for the second time. Impulse is growing, so bigger and better venues across Pittsburgh are welcoming us. We are all about making sure our venues can service large groups of people and that there is a ton of wiggle room. In this case, Whim fulfills both! We will be exclusively taking over the BACK end of their building! Here are some main components: Large mingle space as well as a large dance area. There are a total of three bars to get your drinks and they are USED to large crowds and fulfilling drink orders quickly. Multiple booths for seating area. Get there early if you want to snag one! Drink Specials $2 Mixed Drinks from 9-12AM Ways to Mingle if you're Single We will be offering two bracelets, you can take one, both, or none. Orange- Means you are single and looking Blue- Means you are interested in hooking-up/close-dancing/flirting in a more risque way. Safety... You guys know the drill :) Just keep it safe and friendly! No fighting, threats, drugs, etc. We promise to work hard for you to make every Impulse an experience to remember so we can continue to be the largest and safest LGBTQ Women's event in the Western PA region.
