Join us at the historic Morrow Barn to eat, drink, and openly discuss this taboo subject on the Day of the Dead!
At a Death Cafe people, often strangers, gather to eat cake, drink tea, and talk about death. No agenda, objectives, or themes. The purpose is to increase awareness of death while helping people make the most of their (finite) lives. For more information about the Death Cafe movement, visit www.deathcafe.com.
This Death Cafe is organized by Kristin Hauman, and facilitated by volunteers from the local alternative death care community. Kindly RSVP, as space is limited. Send questions, press inquires, and RSVPs to deathcafepittsburgh@gmail.com.
Welcome and refreshments will start at 6:30 and the discussion begins at 7:00.
