Pop-Up Canine Carnival

The Western PA Humane Society would like to invite you to the 2016 Pop-Up Canine Carnival being held July 31 from 9am-1pm at the Western PA Humane Society outdoors*! This event is part of the first OpenStreetsPGH - Northside and West in which streets will be closed and activities will be held throughout the neighborhood. We will have a dog sundae booth, games, pup pools, a photo booth, vendors and more! *PLEASE NOTE- WESTERN AVENUE WILL BE CLOSED AT THIS TIME. PARKING WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AT THE SHELTER.
