Arbors Bed & Breakfast (Closed Permanently)

(7 Ratings)
Country B&B in the Hills of Pittsburgh
A gay-owned B&B so beautiful and quaint, you wouldn't guess that it is only minutes drive from downtown. Lovely, traditionally decorated and the entire house can be rented for larger group events.

Worth checking out

My stay was very quiet and pleasant. I was a little worried at first because the neighborhood is not the best but the place is located off the beaten track and is safe and comfortable. The breakfast was really nice and the owners and staff are friendly and accommodating.

A QUIET ESCAPE FOR LESBIAN MOM AND PARTNER

When I saw your place online I knew we had to try it. I called and spoke with the owners first then with Jim, all of them were great. I am a busy "Soccer mom" and we are always doing things for our kids, family and friends. Once a year I get to have a weekend just about me. This year we tried the Arbors and I loved it. Super nice people, great atmosphere! It is nice to be somewhere where you and your partner can get back to being all about each other. While we were there .... no stress, no worries, no Bills, no work, no problems.....AHHH! to forget for even just a bit is nice. This will be my haven every year from now on! Thank you so much for a great escape. When we stayed, there was only one other reservation and it cancelled so we were upgraded to the suite. These guys deserve KUDOS for such a great place for love, lust, rest, and relaxation.

Wonderful place

The staff is great! This is a quiet retreat in the middle of the city. Its 10 minutes to most of the bars. If your lucky you will be there during one of the owners parties!!! They are the sweetest and most welcoming people with HUGE hearts

A quite little place

Put an Out-of-town friend up there while he visited. He liked it so much he named the rooms. Great Place to relax and unwind or sneek away and be naughty.

VERY NICE PLACE TO STAY!!!!!!!!

If your looking for a relaxing time, The Arbors is the place to be. We felt at home during our stay. It was surprizing to find this place nessled amoung large trees, on the side of a hill, just minutes from the busy downtown area. This old house was remodled, and the owners took great care to keep its natural look. Some B&B's don't have TV's, Fridge's, CD players etc..... In the rooms. The Arbors have it all. Nice " HOT TUB " too. They also have a barn that fell atop of the " WICKED WITCH OF PITTSBURGH " she also has ruby shoes... :) Jimmy made some cornbread blueberry muffins one morning to die for. Hopefuly will be back soon. Take a look at thier website.
