Pegasus (CLOSED) (Closed Permanently)

(41 Ratings)
In the first two floors of the Pittsburgh Eagle
This basement club is no more, but Pegasus has reopened in the first two floors of the Pittsburgh Eagle. The club attracts a younger crowd, and those boys love to dance.

THE Friday Night Gay Spot

For the past few years, Friday nights at Pegasus have become ritual for my friends and I. If you take the time to get to know the staff, they're all very nice (and they will take good care of you.) The DJs take requests and usually play them. The drink specials are great (especially 1$ Wednesdays). They always have the newest dance hits along with some older songs which creates a great variety of dance music. I've met plenty of cute boys here and I always feel like I can be myself. Love this place!

ehh

Pegs is a nice place ... if your underage. The staff has always been sweet to me, and i dont have a complaint about them. Its just the atmosphere. Its all 18 year olds (boys and girls) dancing the night away ... which is great! Just not for me, someone who is over 21. Id say it'so k to pass this bar on your trip .... cross the street tothe saloon!!

bartender was a bitch

in down on vacation, and it was obviously slow for a wednesday. asked the bartender info about other places in the area and he was so rude. waited on us and would roll his eyes when he would walk away. obviously we were distracting him from talking to his BF, but shouldnt be working if he truly didnt want to help customers!

Great For Young Guys.

Hey this place had it's hayday.. but it is still Pegasus and it is nostalgic. Stop by and have a drink. The staff is cute and nice and Joey will talk to anyone. Though Thursday used to be the night, it is now Friday and Saturday. They have a stripper on Wednesday which was cool.
